The staff were helpful and cute. I always felt supported. the location was also very convenient, close to key areas i needed to access. the food was amazing!!!
The room service was not great when i called. the employees seemed to lack experience in providing assistance. also, the smell in the room was not pleasant. It was quite awful and the cleaning was not satisfactory.

i appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival. mr muhammad zaheer handled the check-in process efficiently. he also granted a late check-out because my flight was at night (very helpful!).
the cleanliness in the bathroom was not ideal. it seemed to be a room for disabled guests, and the chair had some dirt on it. this made it difficult to avoid flooding the bathroom while showering.

my room was the standard room canal view. it included a food beverage, excluding signature dishes. spa and laundry services were available. i was charmed by the canal view.
the gym has an outdated sound system. replacing the audio equipment would definitely improve the experience.
